A smallholder lot from first- and second-generation family farms on both sides of the Cauca–Huila divide. The variety is Arusi: a high, cold-adapted selection with a larger bean, kept genetically tight and processed with the same washed method across the group — ripe cherry, fermentation, a clean wash, then solar drying in the open, without shade. Harvest runs May to August.

The cup opens on lemongrass and citrus. That zest settles into panela honey: sweet, layered, and still bright. Vibrant, not heavy. The character of the variety, left clear.
