The General Terms and Conditions of the online shop ČRNO ZRNO are in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot). The online shop ČRNO ZRNO (hereinafter referred to as "the Shop") is operated by the company ČRNO ZRNO, business services, Alexander Nino Ruiz s.p. (hereinafter referred to as "the Provider").

The operation of the shop, the rights of the user and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer are governed by the General Terms and Conditions.

AVAILABILITY OF INFORMATION (summary of legislation)

The Provider undertakes to provide the following information to the Customer at all times:

a) the identity of the company (name and registered office of the company, registration number),
b) contact details enabling the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (e-mail, telephone),
c) the essential characteristics of the goods or services (including after-sales service and guarantees),
d) the accessibility of the products (each product or service offered on the website should be accessible within a reasonable period of time),
e) the conditions for delivery of the product or performance of the service (method, place and time of delivery),
f) all prices must be clearly and unambiguously stated and it must be clearly shown whether they already include taxes and transport costs,
g) the method of payment and delivery,
h) the time validity of the tender,
i) the period within which the contract may still be withdrawn from and the conditions for withdrawal; in addition, if and how much it will cost the buyer to return the product,
j) an explanation of the complaints procedure, including full details of the contact person or customer service.

PURCHASE THROUGH AN ONLINE SHOP

General

The purchase order shall be concluded in the Slovenian language only and shall be binding on both the Buyer and the Seller. Errors may occur in the text, description, price and other texts on the site, for which we apologise in advance and assure you that we will correct them as soon as possible. All images are as close as possible to the actual product, but complete identity is not guaranteed. In the event of any error, problem or ambiguity in the order or the execution of the order, the customer will be informed immediately by e-mail or telephone, depending on the information provided by the customer. As a customer, you are entitled to all rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

Purchase procedure

The following steps are available to the customer in the purchase process:
- browsing the product offer in the online shop
- adding products to the shopping basket by clicking on the "Add to basket" button
- Once the selection of products has been completed, the customer can review his/her selection of products, change their quantity or remove them by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" button. If the quantity has been changed, the basket must be refreshed by clicking on the "Update basket" button. The delivery method is also selected in the basket. After the checkout is complete, the customer proceeds to checkout by clicking on the "Checkout" button.
- At the checkout, the customer fills in the invoice details and, if different from the invoice details, the delivery details. Finally, the payment method is selected.
- At the checkout, an overview of the entire order is available, including all possible costs related to delivery and payment method.
An order with a payment obligation is confirmed by clicking on the "I accept the Terms and Conditions and undertake to pay" button and clicking on the "complete purchase" button.

Technological means to identify and correct errors before placing an order

Before placing an order, the user (customer) is enabled, through the graphical user interface, to make the following corrections with immediate effect, easily and without any problems:

- see and review which products have been selected and added to the shopping basket;
- see and review the price of each product and the total price of the entire quantity of each product selected;
- modifies the selected quantity of each product and calculates the new price of the modified quantity;
- removes selected products that he/she does not wish to purchase from the shopping basket; and
- calculate the corresponding tax, according to the tax rate applicable to the selected products and their prices (tax base).

Before confirming the order, the user (customer) is given the possibility, via a graphical user interface, to make the order with immediate effect, easily and without any problems:

- change the selected delivery method of the product;
- change the selected payment method; and
- review and confirm individual changes.

Prices of items

All prices are in euros (€) and include 22% or 9.5% VAT. Prices do not include shipping costs. The Provider reserves the right to change prices. The price at the time of purchase shall apply.

Offer of items

The range of items offered varies according to the stock of the provider. We reserve the right to add, change or withdraw items from the shop without prior notice.All products published on the website are in principle in stock.

Payment

You can pay in the following ways in the online shop ČRNO ZRNO:

- cash on delivery by paying when the package is delivered, or when picking up the order in the shop
by pre-invoice by bank transfer to a bank account
- by credit card via PayPal, a card system that ensures the security and privacy of transactions
- PayPal via their interface, which ensures the security and privacy of transactions

Payment to the TRR of the provider is only possible as a prepayment on the basis of an invoice.

Invoice

The buyer receives an invoice together with the shipped products.

Storage and access to the contract

The concluded purchase contract (order) is stored electronically with the provider. At the buyer's request, the provider may send the contract to the buyer by e-mail.

COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

Any disputes shall be settled by mutual agreement. In the event of problems, the Buyer may contact the Supplier by e-mail at info@crnozrno.com. The complaint procedure is confidential.

In the event that the Buyer is not satisfied with the resolution of the complaint, the Buyer may, in accordance with the Act on the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes, file a petition for the initiation of an out-of-court settlement procedure for a specific consumer dispute with the European Centre for Dispute Resolution, Ljubljana, 6 Tomšičeva Street, e-mail: info@ecdr.si, tel: +386 (0) 8 205 65 90, which is recognised by the Provider as the competent provider for the resolution of consumer disputes.
